This website, www.kidzeevaranasi.com, is operated by Kidzee Ramnagar, No. 1/1177, Gola Ghat, Opposite Pragya Hospital, Ram Nagar, Varanasi – 221008 (the school operator, Anand International School, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected here). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
Information you give us
When you use an enquiry form or the chat assistant, call us or message us on WhatsApp, you may share:
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- Your child's name, age and the class you are interested in
- Any message or question you choose to send
You don't have to share anything to browse this website. The enquiry forms and chat assistant do not store your details on this website: they open WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how people found us. This uses cookies and collects device and browser details, an approximate location and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are. See our cookie policy for details.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry or your child's admission.
Who can see it
Enquiries arrive on the school's WhatsApp number (076190 70777) and are read by the school's admissions and office team. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it. Our website host (Hostinger) stores website data, and Google processes analytics data. Kidzee's parent company, Zee Learn Ltd, may receive enquiry details where required for franchise operations. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and admission, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records of admitted students are kept as required for school administration and by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to kidzeeramnagar@gmail.com or speak to the school office. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's information
Information about children is provided by their parents or guardians. We collect only what is needed for enquiries and admission, and we do not track children or show them advertising.
